How to Apply

Resident families may pick up enrollment packages in the office. Enrollment packages will be available from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm during days school is in session.  In order to pick up an enrollment packet, you must bring in a current utility bill, such as LADWP or gas bill. 

Enrollment includes:

• Immunization card up to date
• Birth Certificate
• Parents I.D.
• Physical
